The aim of this week’s blog is to share 10 Bible Bible verses to impact your life !
There are many things out there that were created to encourage us. i like a good self-development videos and books, if you follow me on any of my social platforms you will see I post a lot of quotes and they are another thing that motivates and encourages me in my journey.
But none of those things will be about to cut, renew, and change me like actually getting into my Word, studying, and applying it to our daily lives.
For a lot of people, we are always looking for the answer to our questions. we are always looking for something to help us feel better or help us understand why things are the way that they are. I know for myself as a person that’s experienced trauma, feeling misunderstood or rejected. I needed a lot of reassurance but i didnt need just something to make me feel better i needed change .
God’s word is my reassurance that I was created on purpose for a purpose and I was chosen before the foundation of the earth to be his daughter . studying and applying the Word to my life has forever changed me.
No motivational video or book can lead you to that truth they can only remind you. they can only remind you because they aren’t the creator. the word of God is living that’s why we should start there or always make it a point to line everything we use for encouragement, motivation, and even just information to line up with the word.
How does the Word of God Impact your Life ? The word of God impacts our lives because it’s a sword . it’s the sharpest, most powerful weapon you can have.
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12 NKJV
The word cuts deep and gets to the heart.
Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23 NKJV
The word instructs us on how we should be in the world and helps transform our minds to learn how to receive the things that God so we can be less flesh and more spirit. God gave us His Word to equip us for the work that He wants us to do.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Romans 12:2 NKJV
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
